about

In the subterranean catacombs below the Park, an endless labyrinth of impossibly winding tunnels threads through the cthonic darkness like a worm-eaten corpse. The inhabitants of the underworld previous to the existence of the Park, creatures of unimaginable malice and rage, were consigned to this twisting prison prior to the Park's construction and the apotheosis of the Corruptor. Even the Murder of Crows know better than to risk entry to the labyrinth's unnavigable depths. There have been rumblings and noises below ground, however. Rumblings which have become increasingly and unsettlingly closer to the surface with every hour.

lyrics

we are the lost cast out into this oubliette inside
this maze of death a labyrinth of impossible design
hated despised just like the twisted minotaur we are
hunted in fear but now it’s time that we settled up the score
in this dread and disquiet
we’ll fight our way out yet
through catacombs of broken dead and dying things
through this slaughterhouse of pain
in this prison labyrinthine
we’re racing through and breaking free our iron chains
they thought they could lock us down in the shadows underneath
they thought we would accept our fate in blind complacency
our cold dead hearts are beating with an incoherent rage
we’ll take the streets when we break free from this twisted cage
our humanity was lost
but everything comes at a cost
and we’re not stopping until we’ve won
we’re bringing in a brand new day
and we will surely make you pay
for every single thing you’ve done
we’re your deepest dark regret
the things you tried hard to forget
but now we’ve come to make you see
that we will teach you loss
the line you’ll wish you never crossed
and we will bring you to your knees
